Launching My Personal Website
My research interests and hobbies in one place
My intention for this website is that it would be an online portfolio that documents my academic activities. I also hope that the pages found here will grow into resources for others who are interested in the same topics.
For academics, blogging is often a special case. On the one hand, we are concerned with announcing important research in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, but on the other hand, many have found blogging to be a legitimate way to share early-stage research and get feedback before the work is conference-ready.
It is also nice to kick back and share a few interesting tidbits without all that is required of rigorously researched and cited articles. In any case, I do hope the pages found here are either interesting or helpful.
